Will the wiikey 2 prevent the Wii Console from updating its firmware?
I’m looking to buy the wiikey 2 presoldered on a Wii-Clip because of my inexperience and lack of tools for soldering. Will the wiikey 2 interfere with my Wii’s firmware updating, because as far as I know, you cannot play multiplayer unless you have the most recent firmware, right?
By the way, if you can list some pros and cons about wiikey 2 on a wii-clip, please do, and i’ll pick yours as best answer!
According to wiidrives.com, my drive chip is:
* There is a 75% chance the chipset is GC2-D2B with cut pins and missing third pad.

Will the wiikey2 plus Wii-Clip work?
