nintendo wii concerns?
A few minor concerns:
1. The wii is generally pretty quiet, but the noise level seems to vary sometimes. Once in awhile, it will be a little louder than normal (not much louder, just a bit). It doesn’t seem to cause any adverse effects, but I was just wondering if this is normal/explainable.
2. Sometimes, when playing with multiple controllers (especially with wii and gamecube controllers mixed) one of the wii controllers may act “weird” in that it moves as is someone is holding down the joy stick. At this point, it usually just requires a simple disconnect and reconnect to solve the issue. It has happened with both wiimotes I have. I was wondering if this is normal/explainable?
3. Wii doesn’t look fantastic on my LCD HDTV. Some jagged lines are present, more so in certain games than others (twilight Princess, for example has pretty bad jaggies during the game, but cut scenes seem better). I have tried adjusting the settings and am using a component cable in 480p, but I still see jaggies. Is this common with HDTVs?
Please help with any of these. I’ve had my wii for over 3 years now, and I haven’t had any real problems, just a few concerns. I’m hoping these are all just normal things.
