Is Shining A green laser pen In The Sky Legal?
I just recently bought a 5mW green laser pen and pot modded it to god knows what rating, but i get a nice dull but visible beam in the sky 
Providing there’s not air traffic around, and im not shining it at a police helicopter or something like that, is what im doing legal for the purposes of star pointing and fun?
