ok hello all i have tryed instaling the latest firmware for the card (R4i V1.31b English)each time i go to play a game it trys to creat a save file [befor i play it]and freezes and i have many other problems as well ……… i have tryed reformating the sd card and every time it just freezes at save screan sumtimes when it dose work ile swich it on agen an ile be missing vitle files needed to play on it other problems i have with it are that when i do get passed the save file it has a load error or sumtimes it says i dnt have the latest firmware but i do [R4i V1.31b English] .and also when i got it to work once it went black screen so i swiched off and on and it wouldent play started to freez with weird black spots apiring on the r4 when u go to the games or random things like that …………………………………..i have tryed reformating it to fat32 many time but seems like same errors keep on haping. any help on this matter would be gratly appreciated

I have the original DS, and have the original R4 card, but the games aren’t working anymore and I don’t want to bother about downloading firmware and stuff, so I’m buying a new R4 card. Which one is better for my DS, the r4i Upgrade Revolution, or the r4i Ultra Revolution? (Which one is better for the games working, and good set up, and easy to use, etc, really) Many Thanks! x

Recently, I got a new DSi and my r4i V2.10T SDHC card won’t work on it. Whenever I try to play it, all it said was “An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting.” But the thing is, the card works on my DSi XL and my old DS Lite. I don’t understand on why it is not working. I’ve already upgraded my card with a V2.10T12 Kernel. Is there a way to fix this? Help!

I just bought the device and I went to the website to download the necessary files to put onto the micro SD card but after following those instructions it still did not work. I do not know if this is just me, if I’m doing something wrong like maybe not taking the necessary files into the micro SD or not. I would also like to know if it is because it is not compatiable with the DS Lite.

If it helps I have the R4i-SDHC (v1.4.1)
